Harvick started racing the way most drivers nowadays do, in carting. In 2001 Kevin became the Busch Series Champion while also driving full-time in the Winston Cup Series and finishing in the top 10, a first for any driver. He has over 175 Top 10 finishes in his NASCAR career and won the 2011 Wonderful Pistachios 400.
