CDM Media is excited to welcome former NBA Dunk Champion Spud Webb for a special appearance during the Dallas Mavericks - San Antonio Spurs game at American Airlines Arena on October 22, 2025. 

Best known for defying the odds and soaring to victory in the 1986 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, the 5-foot-7 Webb remains one of the most iconic and inspiring figures in basketball history. A Dallas native and former point guard for the Atlanta Hawks and Sacramento Kings, Spud Webb's appearance will include photos with guests in the suite, autographs for attendees, a halftime QA session and mingling with all guests during the game as Spud shares motivational stories, inspirational messages and talks about his time in the NBA and how the game has changed today. Spud might even do a X's and O's "chalk talk" at halftime as the game features some of the brightest young NBA stars today with Cooper Flagg and Victor Wembanyama.
