A three-time Olympic Gold Medalists in three consecutive Olympics (very rare by the way) Heather talked about the dedication and perseverance needed to stay at the top of her game while then being able to navigate the next phase of motherhood in her life. Other topics included the importance of mental health and Heather's non-negotiables each day to be her best. The event also included a private meet and greet for VIP guests with Heather as she signed autographs, took photos and shared her three Olympic Gold Medals with the guests.
